PRIVACY POLICY
TDFH respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. TDFH’ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
CREDIT/REFUND POLICY

Skill classes may be changed or house credit may be received if cancelled before the start of the class. Once a class begins there are no refunds or credits.

No make-ups on any skill classes.

Summer Programs are not refunded or credited once they begin. As with classes; summer sessions may be changed or house credited before they’ve begun.

Total Dutch travel teams offer no refunds or credits of any kind. Players and parents committing to the club understand that the payments are non-refundable and are forfeited if the player decides not play for the club. If the club or program needs to mandatorily shut down due to COVID-19 appropriate in-house credits will be assigned for future training programs.

All private training bookings must give 24 hour notice before cancellation or you forfeit your payment (for any reason!)
If you cancel a lesson, you have 1 year to reschedule it.
